Due to the unique nature of our crystals, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. To resolve the issue, we will need a video of the unboxing, which should clearly show the condition of the item upon arrival and appear authentic to us.
